Summary I run an enterprise automation consultancy. I’m looking for a Zapier & Make.com Integration Specialist with strong past experience and relevant case studies. I’m actively sourcing service providers with proven results in this space. Please include 2-3 links to relevant past work or describe a project you've done that achieved measurable outcomes (time saved, cost saved, or revenue generated). Target Freelancer Profile: Integration Architect, iPaaS Specialist (Zapier/Make.com). Project Scope: Build an automation bridge that forces siloed software stacks (Transportation Management Systems, GPS trackers, and accounting systems) to sync data instantly and eliminate manual double-entry. Logistics companies use multiple tools (TMS, GPS tracking, and accounting/invoicing software) that operate in silos and do not talk to each other. We need a data bridge builder to sync these into one single view. Key Deliverables: -Map data endpoints between our current systems (TMS to Tracking, and TMS to QuickBooks/Invoicing). -Build automated data syncs via Zapier or Make.com so that a status change in one app instantly reflects across the entire stack. -Implement error-handling and data-deduplication logic to prevent broken entries. Required Skills: -Master-level proficiency with Make.com or Zapier. -Strong experience handling complex JSON structures and API authentication protocols (OAuth2, API keys). -Familiarity with TMS data fields and accounting system structures.
