Description

Summary We are looking for an experienced API/integration developer to build an automated backend integration between ezyVet, CallRail, and Google Ads for a veterinary hospital. Goal: Connect Google Ads/CallRail leads to actual paying customers in ezyVet, then send the paid conversion and revenue value back to Google Ads so campaigns can optimize toward customers who generate revenue rather than just phone calls. Workflow: Google Ads → CallRail → ezyVet → Match customer/payment → Send conversion + revenue back to Google Ads Scope: Connect to the ezyVet API and retrieve customer/payment data Connect to the CallRail API and retrieve call/attribution data Match ezyVet customers to CallRail leads using phone, email, dates, IDs, etc. Send matched paid conversions/revenue to Google Ads using the current appropriate offline conversion / Enhanced Conversions for Leads method Prevent duplicate conversions Log unmatched/failed records Deploy the integration so it runs automatically Test in ezyVet sandbox and assist with production deployment Provide source code and basic documentation Preferred technical skills: Python or Node.js/TypeScript REST APIs OAuth 2.0 Webhooks / scheduled jobs Google Ads API / offline conversion tracking CallRail API or similar Databases Cloud deployment Secure credential handling Experience with ezyVet is a plus but not required. Strong API-integration and Google Ads conversion-tracking experience is more important. Communication: Strong spoken and written English is required. I am not a developer and will have questions throughout the project, so you must be comfortable explaining technical decisions clearly over chat and occasional voice/video calls.
