Summary Building a progressive web app for a member engagement and benefits platform in health/wellness. Looking for a developer who builds fast with modern AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit Agent, v0, or similar) — not someone coding a React/native app from scratch by hand. What we need: PWA — works in-browser, installs to mobile home screen. No native app required. Licensing/seat account system: users activate for a small fee, stay active while engaged, lapse to inactive after a period of no activity, then reactivate. Tiered rewards logic: more consistent activity = higher benefit/discount tier. Needs clean, extensible logic. Integration-ready architecture — will connect discount networks, engagement content, possibly wearable/health APIs. HIPAA-aware architecture and hosting — encryption at rest/in transit, access controls, HIPAA-appropriate infrastructure from day one. Ideal background: Shipped real, live products using AI-assisted workflows, not just prototypes. Strong with PWA frameworks and backend/database (Postgres/Supabase, Firebase, etc). Bonus: health tech, fintech, or sensitive-data compliance experience. Bonus: built tiered membership, loyalty, or rewards systems. Engagement: Moving fast — want a working MVP path within weeks, not months. Open to ongoing work for the right fit.
