Description
We’re looking for an AI Automation & Systems Specialist who can build, integrate, and maintain automation workflows across our client projects. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking a business requirement, understanding the existing tech stack, and turning it into a reliable automated workflow with minimal supervision. What You’ll Work On: ● Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, GHL, and similar platforms. ● Work with AI tools and APIs, including Claude, OpenAI, and other AI services. ● Build AI-powered workflows, agents, assistants, and business automations. ● Integrate platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress, ClickUp, GitHub, Google Workspace, and other SaaS tools. ● Connect APIs and webhooks to move data between different systems. ● Automate lead capture, qualification, routing, follow-ups, CRM updates, notifications, reporting, and internal processes. ● Troubleshoot existing automations and identify why workflows are failing or producing incorrect outputs. ● Build workflows that are scalable, properly structured, and easy for the team to maintain. ● Work with databases, structured data, JSON, REST APIs, authentication, and webhooks. ● Document workflows and provide clear handover notes. ● Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
