Summary We need an experienced full-stack developer to build a web portal for processing construction project leads. Main functions: Upload and validate Excel files Merge duplicates using the project URL Identify construction owners and architects Extract existing emails from Excel Use Gemini AI with Google Search Grounding to find missing business emails Only use verified public emails and save the source URL Never guess or generate email addresses Create tasks in the correct ClickUp list: Owner, Architect or No Contact Generate personalized outreach and follow-up emails Allow manual approval or automatic sending Track sent emails, detect replies and stop follow-ups after a response Display progress, statistics, email history, logs and errors Preferred stack: React, Node.js, Express, Gemini API, ClickUp API and a suitable database. You should have experience with full-stack development, API integrations, AI workflows and email automation.
