Summary # No-Code Systems Architect (GoHighLevel, Airtable, Make.com, Stripe) ## Project Overview We are building **Top Notch Network**, a marketplace that connects customers with local home service professionals (starting with mobile auto detailing). Think of it as a booking and dispatch platform similar to Uber or DoorDash—but for home services. We already have the business model and customer journey planned. We are looking for an experienced **No-Code Systems Architect/Automation Expert** to help build the backend infrastructure. This is **not** a website project. --- ## Current Tech Stack * GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) * Airtable * Make.com * Stripe * QuickBooks Online --- ## What We Need We are looking for someone who has experience building operational systems and marketplace-style workflows. You should be comfortable designing and implementing: * GoHighLevel workflows and automations * Airtable relational databases * Make.com automations * API and webhook integrations * Stripe payment workflows * Multi-step business processes --- ## Project Goals Create a scalable backend system that can: ### Customer Workflow * Capture leads from Facebook and Google Ads * AI booking through GoHighLevel * Collect customer information * Collect vehicle information * Collect preferred appointment windows * Collect payment preference * Create a new job automatically ### Operations * Send every job into Airtable * Match jobs to the correct territory * Track job status * Track customer history ### Partner Network * Maintain partner profiles * Store insurance * Store W-9 status * Store agreements * Track certifications * Track equipment * Track territories * Track availability * Track ratings * Track completed jobs ### Dispatch * Notify only partners assigned to the correct territory * Allow the first qualified partner to accept the job * Automatically stop additional offers after a job is accepted * Update job status * Notify the customer once the appointment is confirmed ### Payments * Support Stripe payments * Track cash payments (if selected) * Generate weekly partner payout reports * Sync payment information with QuickBooks ### Reporting Dashboard reporting for: * Open jobs * Accepted jobs * Completed jobs * Revenue * Territory performance * Partner performance * Partner response time * Capacity by territory --- ## Deliverables We are looking for someone who can: 1. Design the Airtable database structure. 2. Build the Make.com automations. 3. Configure GoHighLevel workflows. 4. Connect Stripe and QuickBooks. 5.
