Summary Description: We are looking for an experienced No-Code Architect / Developer to build the MVP for MyImmoCount, a specialized SaaS platform for German property managers. The core system connects property management workflows with read-only banking data, automated 3-factor reconciliation, and GoBD-compliant transaction logging. All functional specifications, database models, and tracking requirements are fully documented in our Master Specification PDF. 🛠️ Technical Stack: Frontend / Portal: Softr (Web App & Public Landing Page) Database: Airtable (Enterprise / EU-Host, relational 4-table data model) Automation & Logic: Make.com (Complex scenarios, webhook handling, PSD2 API integration) Banking API: Read-Only PSD2 Banking Integration (e.g., GoCardless) Tracking & Analytics: Google Tag (gtag.js), Google Consent Mode v2, PageSpeed 90+ Score 🎯 Scope of Work: Airtable Database Setup: Implement a strict 4-table architecture including an immutable Audit Log (MUTATIONS_LOG) for German GoBD compliance. Make.com Workflows: Build the 3-Factor Matching Algorithm (Bank data vs. User input vs. PDF invoice) and automate alert triggers. Softr Portal & Landing Page: Build the user-facing web app for assistants/property managers + a high-converting public landing page with strict Google Ads tracking & Consent Mode v2.
