Summary We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to create a complete web platform for managing and sending authorized WhatsApp group campaigns, based on the workflow and visual reference of a platform we previously analyzed. This is not a basic message-sending script. The project must include a complete frontend, backend, database, authentication system, WhatsApp session management, campaign controls, scheduling and operational logs. The platform will be for private internal use. It will not require subscription plans, payments, billing or a credit system. 1. Security and Administration * Secure login system * Two-factor authentication (2FA) * Administrator profile * User and permission management * Secure access-session management * Login and administrative activity history * 2FA recovery codes * Protection against unauthorized access 2. WhatsApp Session Management * Connect and manage one or multiple authorized WhatsApp accounts * QR code pairing, when supported by the selected integration * Display connection and device status * Reconnect disconnected sessions * Select which session will be used for each campaign * Monitor sessions and record connection errors 3. WhatsApp Group Management * Load or import groups in which the connected account is already a legitimate participant * Display each group’s name, identifier and available information * Search and organize groups * Select one or multiple groups for a campaign * Send messages without requiring the connected account to be a group administrator, provided that the account is already a participant and the group allows all members to send messages * Identify groups configured to allow messages only from administrators * Record the result and errors of each sending attempt * Do not attempt to bypass administrator-only group restrictions 4. Message and Advertisement Templates * Create, edit, duplicate and delete templates * Text messages * Images and other supported media * Links * Buttons, when supported by the selected integration * Personalized variables * Message preview * Reusable template library 5. Campaign Management * Create campaigns for selected WhatsApp groups * Send campaigns immediately or schedule them * Configure the interval between sending attempts * Process campaigns through a queue system * Start, pause, resume and stop campaigns * Edit or delete scheduled campaigns * Display statuses such as pending, processing, paused, completed and failed * Retry controls for technical failures * Protection against accidental duplicate sending * Complete campaign history 6. Monitoring * Real-time campaign progress * Live operational logs * Records of successful and failed attempts * Session and group status * Campaign reports * Exportable results 7. Technical Requirements * Responsive web dashboard * Complete frontend and backend * PostgreSQL or another suitable database * Documented API * Queue system for campaign scheduling and processing * Real-time updates using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events * Docker-based deployment * Secure storage of credentials and WhatsApp session data * Automated backup strategy * Clean, organized and maintainable source code Important Technical Condition The official WhatsApp Business API generally does not provide conventional automation for sending messages to WhatsApp groups.
