Summary **Title: Claude Cowork Expert / AI Workflow Automation — Help Me Save Time and Get Better Results** I'm looking for someone who **really knows Claude Cowork and AI workflow automation** and can help me set it up properly. I already use Claude Chat heavily and it works well for my research and writing. My business involves research, books and articles, as well as designing, producing and selling electronic devices. I also have an assistant helping with customers, orders, emails, publishing and follow-up. My goal is simple: **get better results from AI while spending much less time managing it.** The first priority is Claude Cowork. I've never really used it, and I want someone to audit what I already have, set Cowork up properly, and explain what we're doing as we go so I can use it independently afterward. Other things I want to improve: * AI remembering decisions and project constraints * getting deep, properly researched answers without repeated back-and-forth * recognizing early when a task actually requires specialist software, a measurement or a human expert * better file and project organization * knowing automatically which AI/tool should handle a task * eventually improving customer, email, admin and other business workflows for me and my assistant Useful experience includes Claude Cowork, Claude Projects/Skills, MCP/connectors, Claude Code, OpenAI API, AI workflow automation, and file/project systems.
