Summary I’m looking for someone experienced with Zapier, webhooks, Spectora, and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector to troubleshoot an existing automation. The integration was previously working correctly: Spectora → Webhook → Zapier → GoHighLevel/LeadConnector When a new home inspection is scheduled in Spectora, the automation should send the inspection information along with client, buyer’s agent, and listing agent contact information into GoHighLevel. The Zapier subscription lapsed and the automation stopped working. I have now restored the Zapier account and the existing Zap is published/on, but new inspections are not triggering the automation correctly. What I need: Diagnose the existing setup Verify the Spectora webhook is firing Verify Zapier is receiving the webhook Check the existing field mappings Verify contacts are being created/updated in GHL Verify the appropriate GHL workflows are triggering Fix whatever is preventing the existing system from working Test the entire process with me from a new Spectora inspection through GHL Important: I am not looking to build a new system from scratch. The integration already exists and previously worked. I want someone who can troubleshoot it and get it running again without unnecessarily rebuilding everything. I expect this should be a relatively quick project for someone who knows Zapier + GoHighLevel + webhooks well. Please tell me specifically about your experience troubleshooting Zapier/GoHighLevel webhook integrations.
