Description

I have an existing live WordPress site using Tutor LMS Pro and WooCommerce. After recent updates we experienced automatic enrollment failures after successful payment, and we're now having problems with certificates using the WordPress username/display name instead of the student's actual first and last name. Tutor LMS support has been working on it for days without resolving everything. I need someone experienced specifically with Tutor LMS + WooCommerce who can diagnose the underlying issue, including hooks, user metadata/database values and plugin conflicts—not simply change settings. Are you comfortable troubleshooting this on a staging copy and then implementing the fix on the live site?
