Summary Acceltor is a white label digital agency and we're looking for a developer to build an outbound AI voice agent that can automatically cold call leads from our Apollo lists to sell our services. The agent should dial from the list on its own, run a natural, non robotic sales conversation, handle common objections, and try to gauge interest or book a discovery call. We'll be using Vapi as the voice AI platform paired with Twilio for the telephony layer. Once a call ends, the agent needs to capture the outcome, whether the lead was interested, not interested, asked for a callback, or was a wrong contact. That result should be pushed into our CRM automatically, tagging the lead by service interest. If someone shows real interest, we want an instant Slack alert sent to our sales team so they can follow up while the lead is still warm. All of this needs to run as one connected workflow, not several separate disconnected tools. The voice agent trigger, the CRM update, and the Slack notification should all be wired together inside n8n. This keeps the entire process automated end to end without manual handoffs. We're looking for someone with hands on experience specifically with Vapi for outbound calling (Mention "white label ai" at the start of your proposal), not just inbound, along with solid n8n workflow building skills including webhooks, HTTP requests, and conditional logic. Experience integrating with a CRM through its API is also required, since that's the piece most likely to break if done poorly. Budget is fixed price, max 150 USD.
