I’m looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to set up and optimize our Chatbot and Conversation AI system. The goal is to create an AI-powered chat experience that can engage leads, answer common questions, qualify prospects, and help move them toward booking an appointment or taking the next step. What I need help with: * Set up GoHighLevel Conversation AI * Configure and train the AI chatbot * Build conversation flows and prompts * Create lead qualification questions * Set up automated responses for common inquiries * Connect the chatbot with our CRM and pipeline * Configure appointment booking through the AI * Set up lead capture and contact information collection * Create appropriate handoff rules for human conversations * Set up triggers and workflows connected to conversations * Test and optimize the chatbot responses * Troubleshoot any existing Conversation AI issues Ideal candidate: * Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel Conversation AI * Experience building and training AI chatbots * Understands GHL CRM, workflows, pipelines, and calendars * Can create natural, helpful, and conversion-focused conversations * Strong understanding of lead qualification and appointment booking * Detail-oriented and able to test the system thoroughly This is a setup and implementation project with the possibility of additional work if the initial setup goes well.
