Description
We are seeking a GoHighLevel & AI Voice Developer to build, configure, and test inbound AI Voice Agents for local service clients (plumbers, HVAC, contractors, clinics). The core objective is to set up low-latency, human-sounding voice receptionists that handle missed calls/after-hours inquiries, qualify callers, and automatically schedule appointments on the client’s GHL calendar. Key Responsibilities Configure and fine-tune voice agents directly inside GoHighLevel (or connect Vapi / Retell AI into GHL sub-accounts via API/webhooks). Program system prompts, objection handling, conversation guardrails, and booking flows. Set up post-call GHL Workflows: automatically tag contacts, update pipeline opportunity stages, send SMS confirmations, and log call summaries/transcripts. Map custom fields in GHL so call notes and appointment details populate correctly. Run live call testing to ensure smooth interruption handling, minimal latency, and reliable calendar booking. Required Skills & Qualifications In-depth technical experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-account setups, workflows, custom fields, and calendar integrations. Hands-on experience building voice bots on GHL Voice AI, Vapi, or Retell AI. Strong prompt engineering skills (designing clear system instructions and fallback loops). Fast turnaround capability (24–48 hours per agent build once client specs are provided).
