Summary RFQ Summary The Client is seeking proposals from suitably qualified vendors to design, build, configure and support an AI-powered technical support assistant platform. The preferred solution will provide a single authenticated web interface for internal technicians and external customers, use SharePoint Online as the authoritative knowledge source, enforce customer/site/system-level access restrictions, and minimise implementation and recurring costs suitable for an SME environment.
