AI - n8n backed, telegram trainee for sales

I am looking for a person proeficient in creating AI automatisations on n8n. The workflow looks like this - operators registred phone calls come to Google Drive, from there you need to create a corect transcribation (the calls are in russian or romanian), from there the transcribation is analised if the operator spoke acording to sales script and given a relevant point/analisis. Based on each 50 calls or weekly - there must come on a Telegram bot an individual training program for each operator based on each own weakness. On the Telegram bot the operator has a play role - recive voice and text advices, gets recorded and sees if any changes needed. And so on. In parallel must be a dashbord on Google Speadsheet that also track each operators results. Timeframe - 2-3 days. When apply please share previous experience and say how you plan to build it, timeframe. Payment - 15$ for the sistem. Long term collaboration. Same workflow just on different projects.
