Fix real instagram messaging webhook delivery for an approved Meta app

Summary I’m building an Instagram DM automation using the Instagram API with Instagram Login. Our approved, Live Meta app successfully receives: 1.Real Instagram comments webhooks 2.Meta dashboard synthetic messages and messaging_postbacks tests 3.Successful outbound Instagram messages 4.Conversation and message reads through the Conversations API However, real user DMs and real button/quick-reply taps do not produce messages or messaging_postbacks webhook requests. Both the app-level and Instagram account-level subscriptions are enabled. The account-level API response confirms: ( "subscribed_fields": [ "messages", "messaging_postbacks" ] ) A real DM is visible in Instagram and can be retrieved through the Conversations API, but no webhook request reaches our callback. I need an experienced Meta/Instagram API developer to identify the root cause and restore real messaging webhook delivery. Acceptance criteria: 1. A fresh real user DM produces a messages webhook at our callback. 2. A fresh button or quick-reply tap produces a messaging_postbacks webhook. 3. The result is independently verified in our privacy-minimized webhook ledger. 4. The developer provides a short explanation of the root cause and exact configuration changes. Access and security: 1. Work will initially be performed through screen sharing while I control the accounts. 2. No passwords, access tokens, app secrets, database credentials, or unrestricted administrator access will be shared. 3.
