Summary We are looking for an experienced Meta Developer specialist to create and configure a WhatsApp application in Meta for Developers for our business. The main objective is to create a Meta app with the WhatsApp product enabled, connect it to our company’s Meta Business account, complete the required business verification, and prepare it for integration with Twilio. We currently do not have access to a Meta Developer account, so we also need assistance creating or activating the correct developer access under our company’s ownership. Scope of work: - Help us obtain access to Meta for Developers - Create a new Meta app for our business - Add and configure the WhatsApp product - Connect the app to our Meta Business Portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account - Assist with Meta Business Verification and any required app verification - Configure the business phone number and required permissions - Connect the WhatsApp setup to our Twilio account - Configure webhooks and message templates, if required - Test incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages - Provide documentation and hand over the completed setup Important: The Meta app, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, and Twilio integration must be created under and remain fully owned and controlled by our business. We are not looking to use the freelancer’s personal Meta account or business assets.
