Summary Google Sheets data enrichment + lightweight CRM buildout (Apps Script) I run a small NYC commercial solar consultancy. I pull public building data from several municipal APIs (HPD, PLUTO, LL84, DOB) and need it enriched and tracked in Google Sheets, which I'm using as a CRM for now. Scope of this first engagement (fixed fee): Import a defined building list into Sheets with a clean source-of-truth tab that is never written over. Apps Script enrichment that appends to a working tab, handles API failures without corrupting rows, and is safe to re-run. A status pipeline (Raw → Qualified → Outreach → Meeting) with movement logged, plus a filtered view of the active list. You should be comfortable with Google Apps Script, REST APIs and rate limits, and non-destructive data design. Bonus if you've built anything that later migrated out of Sheets into a real database. Fixed fee for the above, agreed before work starts. More work follows if this goes well, but I'm scoping and paying for this piece on its own.
