Summary I am seeking an experienced senior full-stack / SaaS / AI developer or small development team to architect and build the MVP for a new premium digital platform. This is an early-stage product, but it is well beyond the idea stage. Significant work has already been completed defining the business requirements, user experience, workflows, visual direction, administrative requirements, privacy/security principles, and MVP scope. The initial engagement is to build the first SaaS product and underlying technical foundation for a larger business that may expand into additional digital capabilities over time. This is not a basic website project or generic AI chatbot. The MVP will require a secure authenticated customer application and administrative environment incorporating structured records, document/image uploads, AI/API-assisted processing and research, generated customer deliverables, subscription/payment capabilities, and administrative workflows. High-Level MVP Requirements The application is expected to include capabilities such as: Secure customer registration and authentication Customer dashboard and account management Creation and management of structured customer records Secure photograph and document upload/storage AI/LLM and third-party API integrations AI-assisted research, analysis, and content generation Structured storage of AI/research results Professional customer-facing document/report generation Private administrative dashboard and workflow tools Human review/approval capabilities Subscription and payment integration Role-based permissions and appropriate access controls Privacy-focused data architecture Production deployment, backups, logging, and monitoring Responsive, polished web-based user experience The platform will handle information customers consider private and potentially sensitive. Security, privacy, data minimization, and access control therefore need to be considered at the architectural level from the beginning. Technology Approach I am deliberately not prescribing a technology stack. I have done some early experimentation with low-code tools to help visualize the concept, but I am open to: Traditional full-stack development Low-code platforms such as Bubble Hybrid architecture Other appropriate modern approaches I want the selected developer to recommend the architecture based on the actual product requirements, including development speed, security, AI/API integration, maintainability, scalability, operating cost, portability, and avoidance of unnecessary vendor lock-in. Existing Product Work Detailed product-definition materials have already been developed, including: Product and MVP specifications User/customer workflows Administrative workflows Data requirements AI/research requirements Privacy/security requirements Customer deliverable concepts Visual/design direction MVP acceptance criteria Future product considerations These materials and the detailed business concept will not be included in the public posting. They will be shared with selected finalists after an NDA/confidentiality agreement is executed. The selected developer will therefore not be starting with a blank sheet of paper. Developer Profile I am looking for someone with demonstrated experience building production SaaS applications and who can contribute technical judgment rather than simply execute instructions. Relevant experience should include several of the following: Full-stack SaaS development AI/LLM API integration Third-party API integration Relational database architecture Authentication and authorization Secure file/document storage Administrative portals and workflows Subscription/payment integration Automated PDF/report generation Privacy/security architecture Cloud deployment Monitoring and logging I am particularly interested in developers who have previously taken a new SaaS product from requirements/architecture through working production MVP. Engagement I anticipate a milestone-based fixed-price engagement. The first milestone will likely involve reviewing the confidential specifications, validating/refining the MVP scope, recommending the technology architecture, confirming the data/security approach, and producing an agreed development plan before proceeding into the full build. I am open to an ongoing relationship with the right developer as the platform grows, but the application should be architected and documented so that the business retains control of its technology and another qualified developer could support it if necessary. Please Answer These Four Questions 1. Relevant experience: Please provide two examples of SaaS/AI applications you have personally helped build. Briefly explain what the products did, your specific role, the technology used, and whether you were involved from architecture through production deployment. 2. Technology selection: Without knowing the confidential business concept yet, what factors would lead you to recommend traditional full-stack development vs. Bubble/low-code vs. a hybrid architecture for a new AI-enabled SaaS MVP? 3. AI and security experience: Please describe your experience integrating AI/LLM services into production applications that also contain private customer information, uploaded documents/images, authentication, and role-based access controls. 4. Development approach: When a founder already has detailed product requirements, workflows, and design direction, how do you normally take that material from technical architecture → MVP development → testing → production launch and handoff? Please do not provide a generic proposal. I am particularly interested in your answers to these four questions. If your response does not include answers to these four questions, it will be disregarded in order to save your time and mine.
