Description
Summary We’re building Caller Foundry, a prospecting intelligence platform for commercial real estate professionals. The platform helps CRE brokers reach owners and prospects with timely, property-specific reasons to call—not generic scripts or stale lead lists. We’re looking for an automation specialist to help us design and implement integrations between our platform and the tools CRE professionals already use. This may include CRMs, property databases, calling and texting platforms, email, Slack, and workflow automation tools. Potential integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Apto, AscendixRE, ClientLook, Buildout, Crexi, Reonomy, Twilio, Slack, Zapier, Make, and n8n. Experience with CRE platforms is strongly preferred. We understand some data providers have limited or restricted APIs, so we need someone who can clearly distinguish what is technically and legally feasible. The initial project is to: * Review our current product and proposed workflows * Recommend the most valuable first integrations * Map how prospect, property, trigger, and outreach data should move between systems * Build one or two working integrations or automations * Document the architecture so it can expand over time Please include examples of relevant automations or API integrations you’ve built, especially for commercial real estate, sales intelligence, CRM, calling, or lead-generation platforms. Important: Start your proposal by naming the CRE platforms you have personally worked with. Generic or AI-generated proposals will not be considered.
