Description
We are a roofing contractor looking to build a custom AI customer communication agent around our CRM, ProLine. The system should handle website chat, inbound SMS, inbound email, lead qualification, FAQs, scheduling, customer/project lookup, conversation summaries, CRM updates, and intelligent human escalation. We want ProLine to remain our system of record, with OpenAI acting as the intelligence layer. Developer must have strong experience with OpenAI API, function calling/tool use, REST APIs, webhooks, SMS integrations, CRM integrations, databases, authentication, logging, conversation state, and human handoff logic. Experience with Twilio, Zapier, Make, n8n, WordPress, and custom CRM integrations is strongly preferred. This is not a simple website chatbot project. We are looking for someone capable of designing the overall architecture and building a production-ready system.
