Description
Summary We're a small consulting firm using HubSpot as our main CRM, but our website's contact form leads currently land in a separate system (a simple internal Airtable dashboard our ops team uses for daily follow-up tracking). Right now, someone manually copies new HubSpot contacts into Airtable every morning, which is slow and error-prone. We need a proper two-way sync set up: When a new lead comes in via our website form and gets created in HubSpot, automatically create a matching record in our Airtable dashboard with the same details (name, email, phone, lead source, deal stage) When our ops team updates a lead's status in Airtable (e.g. "Contacted," "Qualified," "Not Interested"), that status should automatically update the corresponding HubSpot contact's lifecycle stage Avoid duplicate records — if a lead already exists in both systems, updates should sync to the existing record, not create a new one Handle basic error cases — e.g. if a HubSpot contact is missing a required field, log it somewhere so we can catch it, rather than the sync silently failing Requirements: Experience with HubSpot API (contacts, properties, lifecycle stages) and Airtable API Comfortable using Zapier, Make.com, or n8n — your recommendation is welcome Please share an example of a similar CRM integration or two-way sync you've built, including how you handled duplicate/conflict scenarios Start your application with Orion
