# Looking for an experienced web developer (Marketplace / CMS / Future mobile app) We are looking for an experienced developer (or small team) to build a modern website for a Danish restaurant brokerage company. The website should be fast, responsive, SEO-friendly and easy for us to manage ourselves. We want it in Wordpress if possible. Like not oldschool, but totally new and updated kind of Wordpress. The listings should be edited ONE place, and then adapt on the "All listings" page, "Individual listing" page and "Prospectus" page. So it's easy and fast to make every edit. ### Main features * Homepage * Listings page * Individual listing pages * Sold listings * Information pages * Contact forms * Newsletter signup * Admin panel (single admin account) ### Listings Each listing should support: * Images / gallery * Description * Price * Rent * Area * Seats * Deposit * Approval / licenses * Custom fields * Filters (price, location, listing number, type etc.) Users should be able to request the full sales prospectus by filling out a form. The system should then automatically send an email with the PDF or a secure download link. ### Admin The admin panel should allow us to: * Create, edit and delete listings * Upload images * Upload PDFs * Manage custom fields / variables * Control which fields are shown publicly * View basic statistics (views, prospectus requests etc.) ### Important We want to own the entire solution and be able to edit everything ourselves without depending on a
