I'm a licensed real estate agent working two Southern California markets, and I'm hiring a full-stack WordPress developer to build my new website. My site currently runs on a proprietary all-in-one real estate platform. I'm moving it to WordPress so I actually own the asset, control my own SEO, and can connect it properly to my CRM and ad tracking. This is a migration. Nothing gets shut off until the new site is confirmed working. I'm looking for a person who can own both the front end and the back end. What You'll Build? Front end: Custom WordPress build (custom theme or heavily customized premium theme — tell me your approach and why) Mobile-first and fast. Most of my traffic is on a phone, and page speed will be checked. Core pages: home, about, two market/service area sections, listings, sold portfolio, testimonials, blog, contact Reusable landing page templates so my team can spin up campaign pages without calling you every time Consistent design system — type scale, colors, button and form components WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility pass.
