We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency looking for an Automation Specialist to build, maintain, and scale automations across our client accounts. This is a long-term role with consistent weekly work — not a one-off project. You'll be working across real client systems (CRMs, payment processors, databases, communication tools) building automations that businesses actually depend on. If you love connecting platforms, mapping data flows, and making messy processes run themselves, this is for you. What you'll do: Build client automations in Make.com, Zapier, and n8n across multi-system workflows Implement integrations between CRMs (GoHighLevel, Close), payment processors, and data tools (Airtable, Supabase) Set up and maintain databases that track data accurately at scale Monitor live automations, troubleshoot breaks fast, and ship improvements Document every workflow you build so anyone on the team can pick it up Join standups and peer reviews, and contribute to shared best practices What we're looking for: 1–2+ years building automations in Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and data flow logic Comfortable working inside GoHighLevel (big plus), Close, Airtable, and Supabase Strong written communication — your documentation should be clear enough that no one has to ask follow-up questions Detail-oriented and self-managing — you catch the edge case before the client does Familiar with ClickUp and Google Workspace Available to ove
