We run a growing digital services business and need an experienced automation engineer to build out our AI-powered workflow infrastructure. We currently rely on a mix of manual processes and disconnected tools for content publishing, lead handling, and internal reporting. We want someone who can design and build reliable, production-grade automation using n8n, with Claude or OpenAI integrated where it adds real value, not just for the sake of using AI. What we need built: An automated content pipeline that takes a single input (a topic or keyword) and generates platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and email, then schedules and publishes automatically A lead capture and routing system that pulls form submissions into our CRM, enriches the lead with basic company/contact data, and triggers a personalized follow-up sequence Internal reporting automation that pulls weekly data from a few sources into a single summary sent to our team via Slack or email Proper error handling and logging across all workflows so failures are caught and alerted, not silent You should be comfortable: Building multi-step n8n workflows end to end, not just connecting a couple of nodes Working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys) Integrating Claude or OpenAI into a workflow as a functional step, not just a chatbot bolt-on Writing clear documentation so our team can maintain what you build Please include in your proposal: Examples of similar automation systems you'v
