We are looking for an experienced developer or agency to build — or integrate an existing solution for — multi-platform job publishing directly from our platform, with seamless inbound candidate flow back. WHAT WE NEED 1. JOB PUBLISHING ENGINE • When a recruiter creates a job on our platform, they should be able to select and publish it to multiple job boards in one click. • Must include global boards: Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter • Must include Philippines-specific boards: JobStreet, Kalibrr, OnlineJobs.ph, JobsDB, PhilJobNet • India boards (bonus): Naukri, Shine, Foundit (Monster India) • Should support both API-based posting (preferred) and XML/RSS feed-based distribution where APIs are unavailable 2. CANDIDATE SYNC • All candidates who apply on any job board must flow back directly and automatically into our platform candidate pipeline • No manual import — fully automated sync • Candidate data must map cleanly to existing candidate fields (name, email, mobile, resume, source) • Source tracking: we must know which job board each candidate came from 3. INTEGRATION APPROACH We are open to: - A custom-built integration layer (preferred if you have prior ATS integration experience) - An existing white-label or licensed solution you have already built - Integration via a middleware platform (e.g. Broadbean, Jobsync, Multipost, or similar) — must be able to white-label or embed WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Prior experience building ATS integrations or job distri
