Overview: We're a B2B assessment firm with a fully designed workflow that needs a skilled automation specialist to wire it together. The system, reports, emails, spreadsheets, and logic are already built — this is configuration, integration, and testing, not design or strategy. You'll connect: Zoho Books/Payments → payment triggers Make.com → the automation engine (folders, routing, emails, invoicing) Typeform → survey shell + branching (we supply the map) Wix → a gated access page with date validation Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Excel, Outlook, Bookings) → files, prebuilt scoring workbook, emails, scheduling Scope highlights: Build Make scenarios from a detailed spec we provide Configure the Typeform shell + Wix gateway Connect responses into a prebuilt Excel workbook (you do not build the scoring — it's done) Populate editable PDF report drafts Error handling, testing against supplied cases, and documented handoff All work lives in our accounts; full ownership transfers to us Budget: $1,000 fixed.
