**Make.com + ManyChat Automation Specialist for WhatsApp/Instagram Lead System** We're a B2B product sourcing agency (elitelabs.global). We help brands design, manufacture and ship products from factories in Asia. Leads come in through Meta lead ads and our website, and we've built an automated conversation system to handle them. Most of it is already live. We need someone to strengthen it and build the remaining pieces. **Our current stack** - Make.com for all orchestration - Airtable as the lead CRM - ManyChat connected to WhatsApp Business API and Instagram - Anthropic Claude for AI conversation replies - Brevo for transactional email - Meta Lead Ads as the main lead source **What already works** - Meta lead form and website form write leads to Airtable - Automatic WhatsApp template opener on form submission - AI conversation engine: inbound webhook to Make.com, Airtable lookup, Claude generates a reply, conversation history stored in a Make.com data store, response returned to ManyChat - Timed follow-up templates at 6h, 24h and 72h - Works on both WhatsApp and Instagram DM **What we need help with** 1. **Image handling.** Our webhook only passes text. When a lead sends a photo, the AI never sees it and keeps asking. We need images captured, stored, and made available to the conversation. 2. **Writing structured data back to Airtable.** The AI collects product details, quantity and reference links during conversation, but none of it is written back. We need the AI's output
