Description

We have an existing WordPress website with a working checkout/payment flow. Currently, Zapier is being used to send the customer email after successful payment. We want to completely remove the Zapier dependency and replace it with a direct Brevo API integration. What needs to be done: Check the existing WordPress + Stripe payment flow Understand the current Zapier automation Replace Zapier with Brevo API Send transactional email through our existing Brevo template Use our existing sender email/domain Generate a unique download token after successful payment Send the secure download link to the customer through Brevo Customer should NOT receive the direct Google Drive URL Download link should expire after 48 hours OR 5 successful downloads, whichever comes first Maintain download count and token expiry Handle invalid/expired tokens properly Integrate with the existing Google Drive PDF setup Make sure the existing checkout/payment flow is not affected Test the complete flow from payment → email → download Existing Setup: WordPress Stripe Zapier (currently being used, needs to be removed) Brevo Google Drive Existing email template Developer Requirements: Looking for someone with good experience in: WordPress PHP / WordPress custom development Stripe Webhooks Brevo API REST APIs Secure token-based download systems Google Drive integration Important: Please don't apply if you have only worked with Brevo email campaigns.
