Summary I need someone who is extremely skilled in Laravel and has very strong frontend experience. Basically, I already have a website that has been built almost entirely from scratch based on the Figma design. What I need now is someone who can implement all the frontend effects, animations, transitions, and interactions exactly as intended. This is not something that can simply be handled with basic AI tools. I need someone with real, hands-on frontend experience who can start immediately and complete the entire scope TODAY. There are 5 pages in total, and everything requested across all 5 pages must be fully implemented and completed today. Partial delivery is not acceptable. I need the full scope finished today, not tomorrow and not over the next few days. The budget is fixed and non-negotiable.
