Description

SkyBlue Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced WordPress developer to rebuild SkyBlue.com as a modern, scalable national insurance website. This is a defined Phase 1 project with an approximately 30-day launch objective. We have already completed substantial planning and have attached a detailed Phase 1 Developer Scope outlining the architecture, homepage, navigation, Resource Center, bilingual English/Spanish requirements, technical SEO, carrier-hosted online quote-and-bind integration, analytics, and other requirements. We are looking for a developer who is strong in WordPress architecture—not simply someone who installs a theme and page builder. The new site must be fast, mobile-first, easy for our internal team to manage, technically sound for SEO, and designed to scale substantially over time. Phase 1 includes: • New WordPress site built in a staging environment • Modern responsive homepage and reusable design/component system • Core insurance pages and existing-page migration • Scalable Resource Center architecture • English/Spanish multilingual architecture with automated translation capability • Technical SEO and SEO-safe URL migration/redirects • Integration of existing carrier-hosted 24/7 quote-and-bind options • Editable WordPress modules that our team can manage without developer assistance • Analytics/conversion tracking • Privacy/legal/trust foundation • Production launch and QA SkyBlue will provide or approve the substantive insurance content, brand messagi
