Summary Hello Friend, We are a growing marketing agency with a large active client base. We are building AI-powered systems to eliminate manual work and make our team more effective. This is not a one-project engagement. We have a full roadmap and we are looking for someone to grow with us long term. **How we work** You will receive a detailed overview of our systems and the problem we are trying to solve. You propose the spec. We approve it. You build it. Our lead developer reviews the output before anything goes live. You need your own Claude account, your own n8n or Make account, and your own sandbox environment. We do not give access to live client data until trust is established over time. **Examples of what we are building** A website audit tool that scans a client URL, checks for technical issues, SEO basics, form functionality, CRM routing, and tracking pixels, flags any issues, and automatically creates a task in our project management system for the team to action. A Google Business post scheduler that generates copy using AI and schedules posts across multiple client profiles in bulk. A secret shopping system that submits a test lead through a client website, monitors and logs every follow-up touchpoint with timestamps, accepts an uploaded call recording, transcribes and scores the call against a rubric, and outputs a complete PDF report. An image tagging and approval system that allows us to bulk upload our stock image library, automatically tag every image across multiple layers including service type, mood, style, and subject, present selected images to clients for approval, track which images each client likes, and export approved images directly into that client's folder for use on their website and in future posts and ads. These are a few examples. There is significantly more on our roadmap for the right person. **What we are looking for** You have built real automated workflows using n8n, Make, or similar platforms. You know how to work with AI models like Claude or GPT to build something functional, not just experiment with the chat interface. You connect APIs, troubleshoot when things break, and document your work clearly without being asked. You can read a problem description and propose how to build the solution before anyone hands you a formal spec. Strong written English is required — you will be communicating directly with our team and documenting your work clearly. You are resourceful, independent, and take ownership of your work. **What we are not looking for** Someone who needs hand-holding on every decision. Someone who builds things that work once and break without warning. Someone who cannot explain what they built in plain English. **To apply** No cover letter needed.
