THE GOAL, 2 TO 3 MONTHS Leads answered in seconds, from every source Estimates followed up automatically until they close or die Invoices chased without anyone touching them Daily reports that build themselves Nothing breaking silently WHAT YOU WILL BUILD IN Zapier, Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, agent and skill building, OpenClaw, Gemini, small internal apps. Our stack also includes Markate CRM, RingCentral, TextMagic, Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, QuickBooks. You do not need all of it. Nobody has all of it. If you are strong in a few and you learn fast, apply. HOW WE TRACK IT Everything runs on a Trello board. You own it. Every build gets a card, you move it as it goes, you write what you did in the card. I leave feedback right on the card so nothing gets lost between calls. Weekly Zoom, you present, I test, I respond. Daily Slack update, three lines. Shipped, broke, blocked. If it is not on the board, it did not happen. WHO I WANT You have shipped automations that ran in production, not tutorials You stay current on AI and you are always learning You can teach me what you are doing so I get sharper too You tell me when my idea is wrong Weekly Zoom on US Central hours, strong spoken English RATE Name your own hourly rate and tell me why you are worth it.
