About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will drive technical strategy, own solution architecture, and work closely with clients and stakeholders across the project lifecycle from presales to delivery. Key Responsibilities • Architect end-to-end AI solutions spanning RAG pipelines, intelligent document processing, structured data extraction, and conversational AI. • Lead technical design using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, translate them into scalable architectures, and present solutions confidently. • Support presales activities including RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution demos. • Prepare and present status reports and executive-level presentations for client and internal stakeholders. • Mentor and guide the development team; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. • Participate in the hiring process — shortlisting candidates, conducting technical interviews, and evaluating fit. • Ensure solutions are production-ready, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
