Summary AI/ML Operations Manager Full-Time | Remote | $2,500/month I run multiple businesses and need one strong operator who can help me connect the dots across operations, AI, automation, lead generation, and client delivery. This is not a traditional VA role, and it is not a pure ML research position. I need someone who can look at a messy process, understand the business goal, and build a better system around it. A major focus of this role will be helping me improve and scale our LinkedIn services, lead-generation workflows, internal operations, and AI-powered systems. What You’ll Own Build and improve AI-powered workflows and automations Connect tools, CRMs, databases, dashboards, and internal systems Manage projects across multiple businesses Track deadlines, blockers, deliverables, and team follow-ups Build lead research, qualification, outreach, and follow-up systems Improve LinkedIn service delivery and client workflows Create dashboards and reporting for leads, conversions, projects, and operations Turn meetings, ideas, and conversations into clear action items Document SOPs and improve existing processes Identify what should be automated, delegated, simplified, or removed You should be comfortable using tools such as: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Notion, APIs, CRMs, dashboards, AI agents, and other automation tools. You’re a Strong Fit If You Have experience in operations, automation, project management, RevOps, AI operations, or technical operations Think in systems, not just tasks Can work independently without needing every step explained Understand AI beyond basic prompting Can build and troubleshoot automations Are comfortable with APIs, structured data, integrations, and workflows Can manage multiple projects at once Communicate clearly in English Know how to use data to improve processes Take ownership and proactively solve problems You should be comfortable hearing: “Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish. Figure out the best way to build it.” This Role Is Not For You If You need constant instructions Your AI experience is limited to generating content You only manage projects but do not build systems yourself You avoid technical troubleshooting You wait to be asked for updates You want to outsource the work instead of doing it yourself This is a hands-on role. What Success Looks Like I should spend less time chasing people, checking trackers, organizing leads, moving information between tools, and repeating instructions.
