Summary We are seeking an AI automation expert to develop a wide range of AI solutions, from AI agents to full automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and be able to design and implement complex AI systems. Experience with AI tools and platforms is essential. The role involves collaborating with our team to identify automation opportunities and implement AI solutions that enhance our operations. To help us evaluate your experience and determine whether we're a good long-term fit, please include the following in your proposal: Portfolio – Share 3–5 relevant projects that best demonstrate your expertise in AI automation, AI agents, or workflow automation. Technical Experience – Describe your experience with n8n, AI agent development, OpenAI APIs, voice AI platforms (Vapi, Retell, etc.), and API integrations. Case Study – Tell us about one automation or AI project you're particularly proud of. Briefly explain the business problem, your solution, the technologies used, and the outcome. GitHub or Code Samples (Optional but preferred) – If available, provide your GitHub profile or examples of production-quality code. Availability – How many hours per week can you consistently dedicate to client projects? Rate – Please include your hourly rate and, if applicable, your preferred pricing model for ongoing engagements. Communication – What is your typical response time during business hours, and which communication tools do you prefer? Documentation – Are you comfortable documenting your work and recording short walkthrough videos (e.g., Loom) for every completed project? Working Within Company Infrastructure – Are you comfortable building exclusively within company-owned accounts (GitHub, OpenAI, n8n, Vapi, Twilio, etc.) and following established development standards?
