Summary I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small development team to build Version One of Business Valuation Services. This is a complete new website and application build, not a redesign or revision of an existing site. I have reserved the domain whatismybusinessworth.info, where the finished service will operate. BVS is designed to help small-business owners better understand how a buyer may initially look at their business. The customer will begin with a free industry guide. The customer may then purchase a $149.95 Buyer’s First Look based on the selected industry and three years of revenue from filed business tax returns. I have already done much of the product-development work. A detailed developer-ready handoff and a complete Pest Control reference category are available to qualified applicants after an initial review. The Pest Control category includes the customer reports, calculation rules, conditional language, test cases, and supporting category material. The goal is to build the core system once and then add other approved industries without rebuilding the application. After reviewing the package, I would like you to tell me: • How you would build it. • What work your proposal includes. • What it would cost. • What outside services or ongoing expenses would be required. • When you could provide a working test version. • When you believe Version One could responsibly be opened to paying customers. • What you would need from me during the build. • What questions, concerns, or risks you see in the current requirements. I expect this to be a fixed-price project organized around sensible milestones, although I am open to a developer recommending how those milestones should be structured. My original stretch goal was to launch by November 2, 2026, with December 31, 2026 as the outside target. Those dates are not intended to dictate the development schedule. I would rather receive an honest and workable timeline. An earlier staged launch may make sense if the core system and Pest Control category are ready before the other planned industries. I am not looking for a general website estimate or a speculative mockup. I am looking for someone who can review the actual requirements, ask good questions, and build a dependable first version from the ground up.
