Needs to hire 2 Freelancers Summary We’re looking for freelance support across two closely connected areas: Integration Development — Shopify, APIs & Webhooks CRM / Process Architecture We welcome applications from specialists in either area, as well as versatile candidates with strong experience across both. Depending on the applicant pool, these responsibilities may be assigned to one person or separate freelancers. Integration Developer — Shopify, APIs & Webhooks | Remote Responsibilities - Build Shopify Flow automations and API/webhook integrations. - Sync CRM records, fields, tags, and events across platforms. - Implement authentication, logging, error handling, retries, and duplicate prevention. - Test, troubleshoot, document, and support deployment. Requirements - Proven experience building production-ready Shopify integrations. - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and event-driven workflows. - Experience connecting Shopify with CRM or marketing automation platforms. - Strong English communication and documentation skills. - Experience with Monday’s API, Klaviyo, custom middleware, or serverless functions is an asset. CRM / Process Architect | Remote Responsibilities - Lead discovery and clarify business requirements. - Design customer journeys, CRM pipelines, lifecycle stages, and handoffs. - Define data structures, system ownership, qualification, assignment, and escalation rules. - Create functional specifications for CRM, automation, and integration specialists. - Identify system dependencies, risks, and process gaps. - Support testing, documentation, and user adoption. Requirements - Proven experience designing CRM, RevOps, or cross-functional business processes. - Strong process-mapping and requirements-analysis skills. - Experience working across sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams. - Ability to design scalable, maintainable systems. - Excellent written and verbal English. - Experience with Monday CRM, Shopify, Klaviyo, or other multi-system CRM environments is an asset.
