Summary We are an established pest control company (Cedar Pest Control) seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist & Systems Integrator to set up hands-off, automated follow-up workflows and AI-driven communication sequences. Our core objective is to build a seamless connection between our main CRM, FieldRoutes, and GoHighLevel so that automated AI agents automatically trigger multi-channel nurture, re-engagement, and upselling workflows without manual intervention. Core Objectives & Deliverables: FieldRoutes $\leftrightarrow$ GoHighLevel Integration:Build two-way API/Zapier/Make.com integrations between FieldRoutes and GoHighLevel.Ensure customer status changes, quote creations, job completions, and cancellations automatically sync between both platforms in real-time. Automated Quote Follow-Up Sequences:Build multi-touch lead nurture workflows (SMS, Email, Ringless Voicemail) in GHL triggered automatically when a new quote is sent in FieldRoutes.Implement AI conversational agents to answer common questions and assist prospects in closing or booking. Win-Back / Retention Workflows (Cancellation Follow-Ups):Set up automated triggers when a service or account is marked as canceled in FieldRoutes.Deploy interactive AI agents to engage past customers with timed re-engagement campaigns and targeted offers to bring them back. Customer Upsell Workflows:Create automated campaigns targeting active, current customers for seasonal add-ons, home protection packages, or specialty pest treatments.Logic should trigger post-service or based on specific schedule intervals from FieldRoutes. Full System Testing & QA:Thoroughly test all webhook triggers, API syncs, and AI response flows to ensure zero manual oversight is required daily. Required Experience:Proven track record setting up advanced GoHighLevel sub-accounts, snapshot architectures, and custom AI agents/workflows.Direct experience integrating GoHighLevel with field service software or CRMs (experience with FieldRoutes API or webhooks is a massive plus).Proficiency with integration tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, or custom webhooks/REST APIs.Experience building conversion-focused SMS/Email sequences and conversational AI bots for local home services.
