Summary We are looking for an experienced AI developer to build a scalable lead intake and response automation system. When a lead submits a form, the system should automatically capture and structure the information, create or update the lead in our CRM, analyze the customer's inquiry, and generate a personalized greeting, response, and quotation based on our business rules and knowledge base. All AI-generated responses must be routed to a human for review and approval before being sent to the customer. Once approved, the system should automatically send the response, update the CRM with all interactions, and track the lead throughout the sales pipeline. The solution should be modular, reliable, and designed to scale with increasing lead volume while supporting future workflow enhancements and integrations.
