What We Need: *Ongoing maintenance and improvements to our existing website *Ability to understand and work within an already-built system *Development of new features and functionality over time *Bug fixing, performance improvements, and general support *Input on better ways to build or scale features (we value proactive thinking) How We Work: *Hourly engagement (starting approx. 5 hrs/week) *Tasks provided via simple task management *Communication via WhatsApp or similar *Flexible working hours (we are based in Australia) What We’re Looking For: *Experience maintaining and improving existing platforms (not just building from scratch) *Clear communication and good English *Reliable and responsive *Able to think independently and suggest improvements *Comfortable working long-term with a growing team
