ABOUT US We're a B2B SaaS company building a small, reliable bench of web development partners to support our marketing team on an ongoing basis — troubleshooting, performance work, new page builds, and site maintenance. We're hiring with the goal of building a long-term working relationship, with the potential for consistent, recurring work over time. *Our site runs on WordPress with Elementor, so expert WordPress and Elementor experience is a must-have for this role. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We prioritize technical troubleshooting and site health alongside strong implementation skills. We provide detailed Figma files for anything visual, so the design direction is already established — your focus would be on building it accurately and keeping the site fast, stable, and error-free. If a trade-off ever has to be made, we'd rather you spend extra time diagnosing and resolving an issue than fine-tuning a visual detail. Two things are must-haves for us: solid, hands-on WordPress/Elementor experience, and strong diagnostic ability. Concretely, that means we need someone who can: - Build and maintain pages in WordPress/Elementor fluently - Utilize Elementor + custom code (PHP/JS) beyond drag-and-drop - Independently investigate site issues and identify root causes - Read server logs, error reports, and analytics (e.g., WP Engine error logs, Core Web Vitals, GTmetrix/PageSpeed reports) and explain what they show - Notice and flag anomalies proactively — a spike or drop in errors, a p
