REQUIREMENTS Product Assistance - Help customers find products by category (abayas, hijabs, modest dresses, prayer wear, kids modest wear, etc.) - Answer questions about fabric type, coverage/modesty level, sizing, and color options - Provide size guide recommendations based on customer input (height, usual size, etc.) - Suggest matching items (e.g., hijab colors that pair with a dress) Order Support - Order status and tracking lookup - Cancellation/modification request handling - Return, exchange, and refund policy guidance Store Policy & General Support - Shipping times and costs (domestic/international) - Payment methods accepted - Store hours / contact escalation to human support if chatbot can't resolve Conversational Behavior - Friendly, culturally respectful tone appropriate for modest fashion audience - Handle greetings, small talk, and fallback gracefully - Escalate to human agent when confidence is low or request is complex Technical - Built in Python with NLP/LLM-based logic - FastAPI endpoint for testing/embedding - Able to pull from product catalog (CSV/API) for accurate answers
