STACK YOU MUST KNOW: http://Make.com expert level, Toast POS API, Resy or OpenTable API, GoHighLevel GHL, Stripe API auth and capture, Slack webhooks. 3 WORKFLOWS TO BUILD IN http://MAKE.COM I own them: 1. Review Shield: Toast closed ticket over 150 dollars and tip over 18 percent to GHL to Google Review SMS. If tip under 10 percent to private feedback form. Log to Google Sheet. 2. No-Show Protection: Resy new reservation to 50 dollar Stripe hold auth then if Resy status equals Checked-In then release hold. If No-Show then capture hold plus GHL SMS. 3. VIP: Toast check over 300 dollars to tag VIP in GHL then if no visit 45 days to re-engagement email. Slack alert on VIP booking.
