Summary Workflow Automation & API Integration Specialist (GoHighLevel, Zapier, Boulevard, Avochato) We are looking for an experienced Workflow Automation & API Integration Specialist to help streamline and optimize our business operations by connecting multiple software platforms and automating workflows. Responsibilities: ** Design, build, and maintain automation workflows between business applications. ** Create and manage API integrations across multiple platforms. ** Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes. ** Ensure data flows accurately and reliably between systems. ** Recommend automation improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. Required Qualifications ** Strong experience with workflow automation and API integrations. ** Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required or strongly preferred). ** Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier. ** Ability to integrate multiple business applications and create scalable automation solutions. ** Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Experience ** Experience with one or more of the following platforms is a plus: - Boulevard - Avochato - Additional CRM, communication, or scheduling platforms Note: Direct experience with every platform listed above is not required. However, candidates should have solid experience with API integrations and automation workflows. Familiarity with GoHighLevel is considered a strong indicator that you can quickly learn and work with our remaining technology stack. Salary: TBD based on experience. Work Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Ideal Candidate ** Has a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation logic. ** Can quickly understand business processes and translate them into efficient workflows. ** Communicates clearly and proactively. ** Can work independently while providing recommendations for process improvements.
