Summary I work with home service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) in Florida and need a reliable person to build automations for my clients. First project: a missed-call text-back flow in Twilio Studio. Incoming call forwards to the owner's cell, and if unanswered the caller receives an automatic SMS and the owner gets an alert with the caller's number. Also needed regularly: booking confirmations, automated invoicing, and payment reminder sequences using Make.com or Zapier. You must have: hands-on Twilio Studio experience, and Make.com or Zapier experience. Please describe a similar flow you've built. This is ongoing, I close new clients weekly and need someone dependable I can hand work to repeatedly.
