Summary We are looking for a highly skilled No-Code & AI Automation Engineer—ideally based in Egypt—to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an international trade compliance platform called ClearBorder AI. The goal of the platform is to ingest unstructured logistics shipping documents (PDFs, scans) in English and Arabic, extract line-item data using AI, assign regional customs codes, and use a custom Chrome Extension to auto-fill that verified data straight into a government trade portal. Required Core Tech Stack: •Frontend: Softr.io (User Auth, Dashboard, Lists, and Multi-step Forms) • Backend Database: Airtable • Workflow Orchestration: Make.com (Integromat) • AI Processing Layer: OpenAI Assistants API (GPT-4o) & Relevance AI (or Flowise) for multi-agent workflows • Browser Automation: Custom Google Chrome Extension (Vanilla JavaScript / Chrome Extension API) Project Scope & Deliverables: Milestone 1: Core AI Processing Pipeline (Make.com + Airtable + OpenAI) • Set up an Airtable relational database to handle client profiles, shipment rows, and line-item details. • Build a Make.com scenario triggered by document uploads (PDF/Images). • Integrate OpenAI Assistants API (GPT-4o) to handle complex document parsing and data extraction into a structured JSON payload. • Route extracted line items through Relevance AI to run semantic matching against a localized CSV database of custom tariff codes (HS Codes). • Handle bilingual translation (Arabic to English / English to Arabic) seamlessly within the AI prompts. Milestone 2: Customer Portal UI (Softr.io) • Create a secure user authentication layer (Sign-up/Login) via Softr. • Design a clean, intuitive "Shipment Review" screen displaying data tables synced with Airtable. • Implement visual validation flags (e.g., if total weights across different documents mismatch, highlight the record in red for manual editing). • Include a manual override option allowing users to directly edit or confirm the AI’s suggested tariff codes in their browser. Milestone 3: Last-Mile Chrome Autofill Extension • Develop a lightweight, secure Google Chrome Extension that connects to our Airtable database via API. • When a user opens a specific government declaration submission web page, the extension must detect the form fields. • Add a simple "Autofill via ClearBorder AI" floating overlay button. • Upon clicking, the extension must pull the user’s validated shipment data from Airtable and instantly auto-fill all corresponding web form fields in seconds. Preferred Qualifications • Proven track record building complex, multi-system automation loops on Make.com. • Deep experience handling unstructured data extraction and prompt engineering with OpenAI models. • Native Arabic speaker who understands formal/business Arabic terminology (critical for fine-tuning our regional AI extraction and translation layers). • Prior experience developing and deploying custom Chrome Extensions that interact with external web APIs.
