Summary We are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) AI Automation Specialist who has built advanced AI agents and business automations for logistics, transport, distribution, or similar operational businesses. This is not a basic chatbot project. We need someone who understands how to build AI systems that can manage real operational workflows and integrate with multiple systems. About the Business We operate a frozen food distribution company delivering frozen and chilled products throughout the UK. We require an AI-powered operational system that can assist with the day-to-day running of the business, reduce manual administration, improve efficiency, and scale with the business as it grows. What We Need The AI system should be capable of: * Receiving delivery bookings via phone, email, website forms, WhatsApp, and other messaging channels. * Collecting all required customer and delivery information. * Validating addresses and delivery requirements. * Creating delivery jobs automatically. * Allocating jobs to the correct dispatcher, warehouse team, or driver. * Sending notifications to the relevant staff members. * Producing clear job summaries. * Assisting with route planning and delivery scheduling. * Checking vehicle capacity, payload, pallet space, and weight limits to help prevent overloaded vehicles. * Flagging jobs that exceed vehicle limits or require additional vehicles. * Managing collections as well as deliveries. * Providing customers with automated delivery updates and ETAs. * Escalating delays, missed deliveries, or operational issues. * Logging all communications automatically. * Producing operational dashboards and management reports. * Integrating with existing business systems where appropriate. * Creating workflows that minimise manual input while maintaining accuracy.
